How to solve 1/0.00000000000000000000000000000000001?

All you have to do is to count the zeros and use the pattern
0.1 = 1/10, 0.01 = 1/10^2, and so on.  The DENOMINATOR of the above 
number is

1/10^(35)

So, 1/(1/10^(35)) = 10^(35).
