The Highest ExponentDate: 10/23/95 at 15:48:18 From: Susan Yant Subject: question Angela Leal What is the highest exponent ever known? Angela Leal Date: 11/5/95 at 14:48:25 From: Doctor Ken Subject: Re: question Angela Leal Hello! Actually, there is no highest exponent. The thing is, if you think you've got one SO HUGE that nobody could ever have one bigger, then someone else could just come along and make theirs one bigger than yours. So there can't actually be a highest exponent, because you can always go a little bit higher. -Doctor Ken, The Geometry Forum |
