Hello!
Actually, there is no highest exponent. The thing is, if you think
you've got one SO HUGE that nobody could ever have one bigger,
then someone else could just come along and make theirs one bigger
than yours.
So there can't actually be a highest exponent, because you can always
go a little bit higher.
