What is the volume of a tank 10 feet in diameter, 8 feet deep 
with a 2 foot conical bottom?  Thanks.

Hello there!

Basically, the only hard part of this problem is the conical 
part at the bottom, right?  The rest of the tank is just a 
cylinder, whose volume is Pi * r^2 * h.  As for the volume of 
the bottom part, you can use the formula for the volume of a 
cone: 1/3 Pi * r^2 * h.  Then just add them together!
