Description: A project compiling information about all individuals who have received a doctorate in mathematics: the complete name of the degree recipient, the name of the university which awarded the PhD, the year in which the degree was awarded, the complete title of the dissertation, and the complete name(s) of the advisor(s). Most data come from either the university or the Dissertation Abstracts. For a small donation, the project will send you your own t-shirt displaying your mathematical lineage. Search the database; submit data.
