An introduction to polyominoes, with a site-wide focus on pentominoes. The site features puzzles and contests, as well as galleries of pentomino constructions and problems, such as how to form letters of the alphabet and silhouettes of zoo animals. Available in Dutch and French. The project was started in the former T.I.D. Ronse, Belgium (now K.S.O. Glorieux Ronse) in 1999, and mainly developed by secondary school pupils from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years in their Maths and Technological Education lessons and in their free time. | |
