|Robert Scott Mitchell|
|A power simulation applet that uses a Monte Carlo algorithm to illustrate the effect of sample size on the reliability of decision-making from customer satisfaction surveys. Enter a sample size and the true average rating for a total population, as well as for a subpopulation of interest; the simulation will demonstrate how sample size relates to the power of the survey, i.e., the reliability that the survey's results accurately reflect the true state of opinion among the measured population.|
