| A lesson on data collection, unit price, proportions, research, and area of circles. Students create their own pizzas using choices of toppings. They "order" their creations from the Internet and see digitalized versions of their pizzas. They use their order to calculate the area of various sizes of pizzas, determining the better buy and cost per topping. They also use research skills to answer questions pertaining to the Internet Pizza Server Home Page. | |
