Description: An initiative designed to improve the mathematical confidence and fluency of as many students as possible, both to help them cope with their existing academic courses, and to enable them to understand the mathematics they will meet in future employment and in their everyday lives. This support is given by provision of: a numeracy course; free elective courses; a drop-in centre; diagnostic assessment; and advice on mathematics teaching across the campus.
