NCES collects, collates, analyzes, and reports complete statistics on the condition of American education; conducts and publishes reports; and reviews and reports on education activities internationally. NCES data may be obtained in a variety of formats from NCES directly, downloaded from the Internet, or through the Government Printing Office.
