| A conversion utility that translates .tex files into .html files without converting typeset mathematics to GIFs. TeX2HTML converts typeset mathematics into HTML-based layout commands, calling on the SYMBOL font resident on all computers, to provide for special symbols required. It may be purchased and used in a variety of different ways: As an on-Web or e-mail-based subscription service; as a local executable program for Unix and Win95/DOS; or as a server-side program for Web servers. TeX2HTML is the commercial version of the freeware Tth by Ian Hutchinson. | |
