|Some of you may be familiar with the sentence: How I want a drink, alcoholic of course, after the heavy lectures involving quantum mechanics! The number of letters in each word represents successive digits of pi: 3.14159265358979. How Simon Plouffe memorized 4,400 digits of pi but settled on 4,096 as a nice round number (2^12) to report to others interested in his feat. With references.|
