Description: The Delaunay triangulation has the special property that it maximizes the minimum angle over all triangles in the triangulation. This specific triangulation can be obtained by exhaustive enumeration or by exercising a localized swapping criteria over all possible quadrilaterals. But the Delaunay triangulation also has a mathematical dual called the Dirichlet tessellation. This Dirichlet tessellation is also known as a Voronoi diagram or a collection of Theissen regions.
