|A national non-profit organisation that conducts mathematics competitions and mathematics enrichment activities. Two subtrusts, each with equal status under the Trust Deed and represention on the Board: Australian Mathematics Foundation (conducts one of Australia's biggest events, the Australian Mathematics Competition, and sponsors a number of other activities); and Australian Mathematical Olympiad Committee (administers Australia's entry in the International Mathemtical Olympiad and major enrichment programs such as the Mathematics Challenge for Young Australians). The site includes organizational information, schedules, publications, awards, competitions, and links to local Canberra maths information. Also, obituaries or biographies -- as well as a few t-shirts for sale -- of Davidov, Erdös, BH Neumann, O'Halloran, Paget, Vassiliev, Dirichlet, Euler, Gauss, Newton, Noether, Pölya, and Turing.
