| Pau Atela, Smith College | |
| A mathematical sculpture constructed by students at Smith College for an undergraduate course in the spring 2000 semester. The students worked with formulas and computer calculations to construct and weld a 6'7" x 6'7" metal sculpture reproducing Boy’s surface (an immersion of the projective plane in R^3 with no singularities). | |
