|How the Annenberg Tuning Protocol is used by the Penn-Merck Collaborative for Science Education to foster a constructivist view of learning with reflective, internally motivated practitioners. The program involves a 13-month graduate course designed to strengthen participants' ability to teach science in the elementary and middle grades, offered free to teachers through a grant from the University of Pennsylvania.|
