Description: Special Needs Opportunity Windows (SNOW) is a pilot project aimed at developing ways for children with special needs to access curriculum materials electronically. The Library has children's books and magazines in English and French, a video room, and a listening room. The Community Center has a guide to the site and resources for parents. There are field trips: links to Museums, Zoos, into History, Earth and the Solar System, and Libraries.
