Description: Twelve Shockwave games aligned to the Everyday Math curriculum for the early grades. Game topics include the basic operations (including angle addition), place value, money, estimation, factoring, and choosing the larger of two numbers. Many games involve playing "against" the computer, and such games are usually won by chance, with students prompted to try again if they get an answer wrong. (Precocious strategists may note some wiley ways to win by using intentionally wrong answers.)
