|The National Research and Development Centre (NRDC) is a consortium of partners, led by the Institute of Education in the United Kingdom. It was established by the Department for Education and Skills as part of the Skills for Life Strategy. NRDC is dedicated to conducting research and development projects into adult literacy, numeracy, ESOL and ICT.|
