| EQUALS programs provide workshops and curriculum materials in mathematics for teachers, parents, and community members, working to increase access and equity in mathematics for students in traditionally underrepresented groups. There are over forty EQUALS Sites throughout the United States, in Canada and New Zealand. Services that may be available at each site include: information on EQUALS and Family Math workshops and publications; files of newly developed curriculum; resources and information for equity in mathematics education, and access to networks of people interested in gender and racial equity issues. | |
