| Professor Meyerson's research interests as illustrated on his Web page include: An animated proof of the Pythagorean Theorem; Fractals (a piece of the Mandelbrot Set); finding high accuracy estimates of the "Lorenz attractor" using "continuous analytic continuation" to get 100-digit accuracy with reasonable computation time; and the spindle-like graph of z=x^x, where x is real but all complex branches are considered for z. | |
