| National Library of Education (NLE) | |
| A database for education links, intended to be more useful for teachers than a search engine. It records the resources of its consortium members (information on joining the consortium is available onsite). Users are able to: browse through lists organized by subject, keyword, or grade/education level; search by subject, keyword, title or the full-text of the resource's catalog record; and go directly to the resource from the Gateway, which includes resources from the Alphabet Superhighway, AskERIC, the Eisenhower National Clearinghouse, Federal Resources for Educational Excellence, Library of Congress, Math Forum, Microsoft Encarta, Mid-continental Regional Educational Laboratory, North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, School Library Media Activities Monthly, Virtual Reference Desk, and U.S. Department of Education. | |
