Description: There are three glasses - 3, 5, and 8 oz. The first two are empty, the last contains 8 oz of water. By pouring water from one glass to another make at least one of them contain exactly 4 oz of water. Investigation into this puzzle by experimentation, application of graph theory, and barycentric coordinates. Also an investigation of the eggtimer puzzle, in which a 7 and an 11 minute egg timer must be used to time a 15 minute egg.
