| Read news, press, and history about this non-profit organization dedicated to students "who enjoy math and want the added challenge of exciting topics normally outside the school curriculum." Serving the greater Boston area since 1994, children ages five through seventeen have taken after-school classes led by undergraduates, graduate students, and professors from Harvard, M.I.T., Tufts, and Northeastern universities. Topics have ranged from Big Numbers and Weird Fractions to Krasnoselskii's and Brouwer's Theorem and Proofs and Refutations. See also the Math Circle's research problems. | |
