| Play a Piano / Synthesizer / Oscilloscope: Play the piano using your mouse or computer's keyboard. Watch the wave forms as well as hear them. This virtual reality Java piano lets you play the piano and have a little fun while learning the relation between the sounds, music theory, musical scales, and the underlying math and physics of how sounds are produced and perceived. A combined oscilloscope and sound generator create, show, and produce sounds to illustrate how the amplitude and period of the wave relate to the volume and pitch of the sounds. All the tones are created from mathematical equations. | |
