Description: This C++ program library targets the computational solution of partial differential equations (PDEs) using adaptive finite elements. Among other features, it works for one, two, and three space dimensions; handles locally refined grids, fully supporting h, p, and hp refinement for continuous and discontinuous elements; and accepts a variety of finite elements (Lagrange, Nedelec and Raviart-Thomas). The dealii.org website offers mailing lists, wiki, bug tracker, and more.
