| The Siemens STEM Academy provides professional development to educators as they cultivate junior scientists who will pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). Opportunities include an annual STEM Institute; interactive classroom webinars; and the Siemens Teachers as Researchers (STARs) program, at which teachers conduct short-term mentored research projects on current topics at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. See, in particular, the database of favorite lesson plans, tips, tricks, ideas, presentations, websites, videos, and other STEM resources submitted by teachers. | |
