| These teacher-made rich maths tasks in number, algebra, shape, and data handling emerged from a collaborative project run by Jon Stratford, Lead Practitioner for the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT): arrangements, clock face, chocolate dilemma, ratio and proportion, number properties, fractions of a square, palindromic ages, pond borders, algebra mazes, coordinate sort, equations and sequences, wrapping parcels, lilypad adventure, triangles on a 3×3 pinboard, quadrilaterlas on a 3×3 pinboard, shape sorting, postman Pat, dice champion, design a fruit machine, diet plan, Celtic knots, "is it the same?" and "always or sometimes?" and more. Pedagogy materials include ground rules ("into the classroom"). | |
