Week-long summer courses led by Nils Ahbel, Karen Bryant, Doug Kuhlmann, Ron Lancaster, Ira Nirenberg, and others have included Using the iPad to Enrich and Revolutionize the Teaching and Learning of Mathematics; Calculus Before Calculus; Geogebra -- How to Use It in Precalculus and Calculus); Extended Problems and Projects to Enhance Precalculus and Advanced Algebra; and Integrating Mathematics and English! Seriously! Modeled after the Anja S. Greer Conference held at Phillips Exeter Academy and originally hosted by St. Martin's Episcopal School and Metairie Park Country Day School, the Mathematical Sciences Institute has taken place on the campus of Tulane University since 2011.|
