See, in particular, the research into classroom dialogue led by Prof. Dr. Tina Seidel, Friedl Schöller endowed chair of teaching and university research, which has included Learning from Classroom Videos (LUV), Teacher-Student Interactions in Classrooms, and Mind the Gap (Learning, Teaching, Research and Policy in Inquiry-Based Science Education); and by Prof. Dr. Kristina Reiss, Heinz Nixdorf endowed chair of mathematics teaching, whose projects have included GECO (Individual conditions of geometric proof competence), MenZa (Mental representations on numbers and arithmetic competencies in the first school years), and Proof in German and Taiwanese Mathematics Classrooms.|
