The Center for Mathematical Talent (CMT) at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences coordinates activities for students in the New York City area who would like more mathematics than is included in the usual mathematics classroom. Freely downloadable PDFs of activities and problems include One Row Nim; Onepiece Chess and TwoRow Nim; The Fifteen Game, Magic Squares, and ThreeDimensional Tic Tac Toe; Leap Frog; The Game of 24; Gumdrop Polyhedra; Giotto; Arm Folding, Knot Theory and Topology; Topology Trail through the American Museum of Natural History; Paper Folding; Estimating Ratios; The ABC Conjecture; problems from 2012 PanAfrican Mathematical Olympiad; and some from the AAAS Olympiad Training Program.
