Description: "Supporting and broadening the relationship between mathematics and computation" by expanding the use of computational and experimental methods in mathematics; supporting theoretical advances related to computation; and addressing problems posed by the existence and use of the computer through mathematical tools, research, and innovation. The Institute for Computational and Experimental Research in Mathematics (ICERM) hosts many workshops and semester-long programs at Brown University. Video resources include over a hundred research lectures and 10-20 minute "MathBytes@ICERM" clips that introduce math to general audiences.
