|David Bruce Wilson researches probability, combinatorics, and theoretical computer science. Abstracts of his articles on these subjects are available on the web and may be downloaded in PostScript or .dvi formats. Software available for download includes the Maple package vaxmacs 1.6d, which, given a bipartite planar graph, computes the number of perfect matchings, placement probabilities, and more (requires the editor emacs, version 19.30 or better), and xrc, which generates random cluster states for various graphs. PostScript graphics of tilings, random walks through graphs, and hexagonal and square-octagonal graph paper are also available for download; some tilings may be seen on the web. The site also contains an annotated bibliography of articles on exact sampling with Markov chains and a short reading list on probability.|
