Description: The SSEC Visualization Project makes the Vis5D and VisAD systems freely available over the Internet. Vis5D provides interactive visualization of the output of numerical simulations of the Earth's atmosphere and oceans. VisAD enables scientists to interactively steer and visualize their computations. Cave5D is a virtual reality version of Vis5D for the CAVE and ImmersaDesk. Mesa is a 3-D graphics library with an API similar to that of OpenGL.
