A Cooperative Unit in Discrete Math: With Non-Traditional Assessment

Euler Circuits/Paths, Hamilton Circuits/Paths, and coloring problems are explored through group investigation and activities. Students are assessed on open-ended questions (graded by their peers with a rubric), a group quiz, an individual report, and a group oral presentation on a specific problem which involves an extension to class material. Handouts.
