Back to NCTM San Diego: Technology in Math Ed

This is the summary of a presentation given at the 74th Annual NCTM Meeting, 25-28 April 1996, San Diego, CA.

The WAVE (Web Access Virtual Education) project began by creating "notebooks" with superior computer graphics for interactive in-class illustrations in all levels of High School math using MathematicaTM software. These notebooks can now be downloaded via Internet from several sources. The project continues to create and share "notebooks" electronically. This computer demo includes selected "notebooks" and Internet resources.
