for Mathematics
The 8th International Congress on Math Education (ICME 8) took place July 14-21, 1996 in Seville, Spain. Below is a selection of the conference information that can be found at the Official ICME Web site.

Topic Group 19 was devoted to Computer-Based Learning Environments. With the help of the topic group organizers, we have compiled an extensive collection of materials relating to this portion of the conference, including lists of presenters, talks, and abstracts.

The Math Forum also worked with California State University's Susan Addington during the week of the conference to facilitate contact between attendees in Seville and participants in the United States.
