| Description: | Fraction Darts is a Microworlds Applet activity that challenges students to pop a balloon situated on a number line from 0 to 1 by throwing fractional darts. The student sets a numerator and denominator slider to choose the fraction. The applet requires a Microworlds EX webplayer plug-in to work properly. The plug-in is available for download at http://microworlds.com/webplayer/index.html. It currently only is available for PC, but a Macintosh version will be available soon. |
