| Description: | The USA TODAY Snapshot "Connecticut tops in taxes" lists the states with the highest annual tax per person. The Snapshot uses the information from only five states. The data for all fifty states has been provided for students to analyze. The students will use their handheld to calculate one variable statistics on the average tax paid per person per state. Using the data they will create a histogram and determine whether the data has a normal distribution.
