| Description: |
An Logo-animated helicopter can be used to investigate the concepts of variables, and of reflections and y as a function of x on the coordinate grid. The first Logo animation of a helicopter flying back and forth, up and down, was developed by an eighth grade student. (That explains why the helicopter needs an alien space ship to shoot down.) There is also a dilation procedure, and a procedure for the helicopter flying in a sine wave path. |
