From your email announcement. This is a wonderful example of what Seymour Papert called "neat phenomena". The challenge is to use it effectively with students.
What interesting questions can be asked here?
What math does one need to know to use the resource?
None. But to appreciate it you need to know something about distribution patterns.
What hardware expertise does one need to learn to use the resource?
What extra things must be done to make it work?
Good teaching strategies
How hard was it for you to learn?
Easy to do. But how to make this interesting for kids is the challenge.
