Review based on:
applications of a concept or technique
I loved how the students could practice the difference between perimeter and area. However, I think the format could have been much better. For example, instead of dragging a new box each time, maybe have one that stretches and fills with boxes.
What math does one need to know to use the resource?
The difference between perimeter and area and why these measurements would be important.
What hardware expertise does one need to learn to use the resource?
Using a mouse, clicking and dragging items.
What extra things must be done to make it work?
Re-try dragging boxes so that they would sit side by side. At times it did not work and you had to keep trying until it let you.
How hard was it for you to learn?
see comments above. Plus, I think it would have been better if it looked more like real-life examples. For example building a fence for perimeter and how much carpet to fill a room for area.
