Review based on: personal experience |
Appropriate for: practice of skills and understandings, applications of a concept or technique |
Other Comments: This tool is use friendly with a cute interface. It will be helpful for early grade school students to explore and learn about combinations and counting. |
What math does one need to know to use the resource? counting |
What hardware expertise does one need to learn to use the resource? use of computer/mouse |
What extra things must be done to make it work? The students will have to become familiar with the navigation of the page. They will have to be shown how to reset the page, make estimates, etc. |
How hard was it for you to learn? Very Easy |
Explanation: Ease of use is the most important factor in finding tools for my class. I think that this can be taught to my students with minimal instruction and used during math centers with little prompting from the teacher. |
Ability to meet my goals: Effective |
