Review based on:
I have currently taking a course geared towards using technology to teach math.
Appropriate for:
introduction to a concept, practice of skills and understandings
Other Comments:
I would use this game to introduce a topic and then to allow students to practice this. Also, if I had students who struggled, I would use this as remediation later on.
What math does one need to know to use the resource?
Multiplication (multiples of a number)
What hardware expertise does one need to learn to use the resource?
Basic keyboarding skills
What extra things must be done to make it work?
None
How hard was it for you to learn?
Easy
Explanation:
Again, I felt it was easy for me to use. But I feel it would be a little bit difficult for students to learn but not unattainable. Teachers would have to use a bit of scaffolding to teach them to use the program.
Ability to meet my goals:
Effective
