Other Comments: Overall, I thought this was a program worth introducing to my class. I think it allows students to manipulate the patternblocks with ease. I believe that it could be more user-friendly. Specifically, I would like the insructions to be on the same page as the activiy, and would like printing the student work to be easier. |

What math does one need to know to use the resource? This is geared toward beginners in geometry so no prior knowledge is needed. All information is taught as the lessons progress. |

What hardware expertise does one need to learn to use the resource? Students must know how click and drag with the mouse. Students must be taught how to use the tool bar and the meaning of its corresponding symbols. |

What extra things must be done to make it work? A teacher must print out the student instructions for each activity so students can remember them. Also, students must be allowed time to explore the functions of the program before they attempt any structured lesson. Otherwise they will focus on "playing" or learning how to use the program rather than the lesson itself. |

How hard was it for you to learn? Easy |

Explanation: Overall, it was easy to learn this program. The instructions were pretty clear and the shapes easy to manipulate. |
