Review based on:
introduction to a concept
Students cannot enter estimates. The point seems to be that the smaller the squares the closer the area estimate gets to correct.
What math does one need to know to use the resource?
Definition of area.
What hardware expertise does one need to learn to use the resource?
What extra things must be done to make it work?
How hard was it for you to learn?
It was hard to figure out what the point was. The only buttons are to increase or decrease the size of the squares used to estimate area. You must watch the estimate made by the computer to see a difference.
Ability to meet my goals:
Math 6: Geometry in the plane
Math 7: Geometry in the plane
Geometry: Circles, Perimeter, area, and volume
