I know this is belated, but here is an idea.

Consider the binomial approximation to the normal. The mean is n*p, the standard
deviation is the square root of n*p*(1-p). Solve those equations for n and p.
Use a calculator to calculate n!/(x!(n-x)!)p^x (1-p)^(n-x) for several
values of x(the abscissas of the points you will plot). These calculations will
give you the ordinates which will be similar to those of the normal
distribution. Then make a free hand curve through those points.
