Subject:   add a few numbers, but not too many.

It would be easier if you added a few numbers.  For example you could say the
triangle=9, to buy two of candy A it cost 36, to buy 5 of candy B it cost 78.
That way students are using both logic and algebra and also if the student isn't
great at the logic part they have a stepping stool to help them.
