Thanks for the reply. It is still far more simpler to use the vitual calculator
on line!

just open the broswer, type:

http://www.vroomlab.com/nhome

click the calculator image and it is right there. no download/install monkey
business.

it is also programable. and much more powerful than the TI-XX handheld. try


diff(x^x,x,8);

and compare!
