You should definitely look at Splash Math's apps, these are perfectly suited for
this purpose. We don't have one for 4th grade though. You can checkout the 3rd
grade one. All apps by studypad : http://bit.ly/studypad
Splash Math's apps are completely based on core standards and takes care of all
the concepts taught throughout the year.
