Subject:   lessons for slow learners

   I work in a k-2 building providing student support services to all the
grade levels in math. Are there lessons, strategies, workshops out there that
address meeting the needs of slow learners?  This is a new category of students
that seems to be growing. The students require concrete instruction, and many
repetitions; are there materials or strategies that are more successful than
